Exercise Tips

I recommend that all of my students work out with a certified golf trainer. It is very important that your body is in the proper condiditon to make the athletic swing I will teach you. It will be easier to make a balanced swing if your core is strong and you are using your big muscles to swing the club.

Exercise is an important part of playing good golf. The better condition you are in the better your swing will perform under pressure. The key areas of your body to maintain in good condition are your core muscles to any athletic endeavor. They are the abdominal muscles, quads, hamstrings, and your hips. If you exercise these core areas your swing will work like a charm and you will not be fatigued by the end of the round or at the end of the tournament.
